Operators and tenants of the properties purchased by Mayfield will find a highly effective and flexible landlord team, keen to improve the physical assets of investments, and providing active management to ensure that evolving requirements of tenants are met.

In addition to conventional individual asset purchase Mayfield would also consider company acquisitions and portfolio deals.

Finance for acquisitions comes from a mix of equity, bank debt and other financial instruments.
