13.4.2011 |Prague Gate building welcome new tenants | PRAGUE GATE building in Chodov - Prague has been filling up with new tenants during 2010 and beginning of 2011.  At this moment there is already 7,500 m2 let of total 13,000 m2.  
 
1.2.2009 |Standard halls in a non-standard environment of ORANGE PARK | Last year, Kajima company prepared the first hall of ORANGE PARK logistic and industrial park (Mayfield developer) for potential leaseholders. Kajima Europe have built the first building of the largest logistic park in the Czech Republic, which is located near Plzeň in the Nýřany area close to the D5 highway connecting Germany, Plzeň and Prague. The building was designed by Dutch company Tebodin.
 
7.10.2008 |PRAGUE GATE - WE HAVE BLOSSOMED | Prague Gate, a Mayfield company building, which is available in the Prague real estate market again after five years, has blossomed with yellow cover. It thus attracts not only the citizens of Prague but also the potential leaseholders. The whole office building is covered with yellow leaves and blossoms printed on special film supplied by 3M company. The technology of perforated graphic window film is used on 2400 m2. The project was implemented by MEZANIN company.
 
22.7.2008 |GALA OPENING OF LOUVRE BUILDING, PART OF THE MAYFIELD GALLERIES PROJECT IN PRAGUE\'S RADLICE NEIGHBORHOOD | It is Tuesday 22nd July 2008 and there has been a strong shower over Prague just now. Aside from beautifully fresh air and moisture the shower has also brought a gala atmosphere to the new LOUVRE building.
 
10.3.2008 |Orange Park - The first hall sees the light of day | One of the largest logistics and industrial zones not only in the Pilsen region and the Czech Republic, but in all of Central Europe, is being developed on an important transportation corridor connecting the western and eastern parts of the continent, part of which is the D5 motorway (Nuremberg, Pilsen, Prague). The Orange park project is spread out over a territory measuring 200 ha and it will offer its users up to 700,000 m2 of modern production and storage space over a number of stages. The first hall measuring 23,000 m2 will already be completed this spring.
